Awesome vegan options and a cozy vibe at a farm-to-table Vegas restaurant
After my 3rd extended stay in Vegas, I can’t believe this was my first trip to Honey Salt! I heard the raving reviews, but coming from my meat-eating friends, I was always hesitant to check it out. Little did I know there’s a massive selection of vegetables and grains that can be customized for a vegan!
The decor is so welcoming in that up-scale shabby chic kinda way. I love the distressed furniture, chalkboard art, exposed brick walls, even retro couches. The lighting is perfectly set so that even though there’s lots of tables in a large open space, it still feels cozy.
I was so excited to find a quinoa salad (probably the best quinoa dish I’ve ever had) and a kale a cauliflower dish garnished with pine nuts. Yes please!!
Such cute little gifts you’d find in an old time country mart…but in a more hipster kind of style. Love the vintage pop (yes I’m from the midwest) bottles made into candles. And I wanted to take home all those honey bears, just to set them on a shelf. Adorable.
Fresh baked goodies staring you in the face as you walk in. Positive these are not vegan, but the display is perfect.
Old-timey cocktails are big on the bar menu. The wine selection is really good too! By the bottle they had some of my favorites! I indulged in a few glasses of Malbec this trip, next time I’m definitely going to try out their specialty cocktails.
This cigar box towel holder in the bathroom is such a cool touch! Guaranteed this idea is gonna show up in my bathroom when I get back to LA:)
We sat inside, but the seating outside is awesome! The lights strung across the top give it that sidewalk cafe, French bistro vibe. Honey Salt is at the top of my list along with all my favorite restaurants at the Wynn…I’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Vegas!
